CHANGING OUR OPERATIONAL STRATEGY

Over the years our journalistic and broadcast production efforts randomly selected a variety of organizations and individuals to promote using internet radio and webtv.  We used this model of "Benevolence" to build our B-ROLL to showcase our ability to capture the essence of a event, vision or brand.  We have logged over 500 radio shows, 1800 live video streamed shows and videos and have produced in support of these stories or shows over 75,000 graphic designs and pictures.


We have remained integral throughout the foundational process of building SIBN Television and Radio and have not always asked for support.  Now we are asking, and while we may have the look and feel of a production company, we are moreover a broadcasting corporation with the intent of building a network where voices of the powerless can be heard.  We have made a lot of progress but have a long way to go.


During this process we produced event aspect of each production from filming, editing, audio production, on location reporting, photography and in house graphic design.  Along the way we have had a few interns.  In addition to a rigorous schedule, we have developed and still developing our SaletteUSAtv MobileTech Academy to train students from 1st - 7th grades how to use the internet for productive purposes while developing skills.


Now as we move forward, our aim is to build support for each story.  After we designed a specific channel to launch our stories on, cut back on the development and production of online shows, our central focus has been to ensure we do one thing which supports our mission, that one thing is to report on the "Wholesome and Positive" things in our communities around the world.
